Whole Wheat Flour: 1 cup
Milk: 1 and 1/2 cup
Baking Powder: 1 tsp
Honey: 1 tbsp.
Preparation of whole wheat pancakes:
Take 1 cup of whole-wheat flour and 1 tsp of baking powder sieve it and put in a ball. Add the milk and mix it gently. The flour shouldn't become granules. And make a smooth batter, add honey and mix it properly.
Take a frying pan to make it hot put a very low amount of fat, oil, or butter. Pour the pancake batter on the pan cook for a minute, on medium flame. Sprinkle some oil on the top turn it, give a golden color from both the sides. Serve the pancake with honey and butter cubes on top.
