Teacake without Eggs The Perfect Breakfast:

Making Teacake without eggs is a quick-n-easy recipe for your daily cup of Tea. Undoubtedly your tea will be incomplete without Teacake.
Recipe - Teacake without Eggs 8 person
Oil - ½ cup
Sugar - ⅓ cup (grounded sugar)
Milkmaid - ¾ cup
Flour - 1 ½ cup
Baking powder- 1 ½ tsp
Baking soda - ½ tsp
Lemon juice - ½ tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Baking temperature - 180 °C for 35 to 40 minutes and if you are baking in a pressure cooker then bake on medium flame and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
Mise-en place:
Put the pressure cooker on low flame and cover the lower part with salt or sand and cover it meanwhile grease the cake mould with the oil and put the baking paper if you don't have a baking paper just dust the flour on the mould. Make the milk lukewarm and put the lemon juice in it and keep aside. The milk will become in curdle texture.
Meanwhile, make the mixture for the cake.
Method to make step by step:
Mix the oil and grounded sugar and mix it gently. Grounded sugar dissolves easily and quickly with oil.
Add milkmaid in it and mix it till five minutes and mix it properly. The texture should become very smooth and creamy.
At last, add the sieved flour including baking powder and baking soda slowly stir the mixture and slowly add the milk and mix it properly.
Pour the mixture into the cake mould and place the mould in the oven or in the pressure cooker and bake it at a given time.
To check the baking of the cake use the tip of the knife and put in the cake and check if the knife is clean the cake is baked properly otherwise bake it a little more.
